Functional Fitness classes are held Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday on the outdoor fitness pad at the Boca Chica Fitness Center starting at 4:30 PM.
MWR Fitness offers the Trifecta Challenge to complete a running, biking and rowing distance and receive a challenge coin in a 12 month period.

Personnel authorized to use MWR activities and facilities include active duty military and their dependents, reservists, retired military and their dependents, eligible veterans, current and retired DoW civilians.
