Boca Chica Exercise Studio

Boca Chica Exercise Studio, located in Bldg. A-350 adjacent to the Airlanes Bowling Center is open for scheduled fitness classes. The Exercise Studio has state of the art hardwood aerobics flooring to reduce impact on your joints, mirrored walls, and plenty of equipment for all types of classes.  A wide variety of Group Exercise classes are held in this facility, such as yoga, cycling, cardio kickboxing, dance, and Pilates. The MWR Fitness program offers challenging, motivating and fun classes for our patrons all year long.  All classes are FREE.  Just show up, no need to preregister.  All classes are designed for beginner-advanced levels.  Modifications will be given.  See Group Exercise Schedule for class times and locations.

Group fitness classes are offered throughout the week with various formats. On Monday, Cycling takes place at BCES from 6 to 6:45 AM, followed by FEP at BCG from 7 to 8 AM and Functional Fitness from 4:30 to 5:30 PM. Tuesday includes Command PT at BCG from 6 to 7 AM, Functional Fitness from 4:30 to 5:30 PM, and Yoga at BCES from 5 to 6 PM.
