Group Exercise Schedule


Yoga with Sanling -  Tuesday and Thursday from 5 - 6 p.m. 

Vinyasa Flow with Katie Brown - Monday and Wednesday from 6 - 7 p.m.

All classes are taught by certified fitness professionals. Limited space available. - arrive 5 minutes prior to start of class to sign in.
