All classes are taught by certified fitness professionals. 

Limited space available. - arrive 5 minutes prior to start of class to sign in.

Yoga -  Tuesday and Thursday from 5:30 - 6:30 PM

Boca Chica Exercise Studio

A group of adults practice yoga in a bright studio with large windows and indoor plants.
