Open to active duty only with a 20 person max.

  • Monday - Friday, 5 - 9 AM, 10 AM - 1 PM & 2 - 8:30 PM
    • Closed from 9 - 10 AM & 1 - 2 PM for deep cleaning

  • Saturday, 9 AM 12 PM & 1- 4 PM
    • Closed 12 - 1 PM for deep cleaning

  • Sunday: CLOSED

For your safety and the safety of the staff, please follow the guidance below:

  • Patrons will be screened and have their temperature checked prior to entry
  • Masks are required along with mandatory sanitizer upon entry
  • No use of gym bags, rental equipment, towel service, showers, saunas or locker rooms
  • Restrooms remain open
  • Water fountain closed
  • No spotters

Boca Chica Fitness Center, located on Boca Chica Field, is the main fitness center. It is a full service fitness facility with a full size basketball court, a full range of LifeFitness selectorized weight equipment, cable machines, dumbbells (100+ lbs.), multiple Olympic bench presses, squat rack, and a variety of LifeFitness cardio equipment, such as treadmills, ellipticals, upright and recumbent bikes, along with a Matrix stepmill. Outside the facility there is a running track along with strength training equipment: tires, pull-up bars, free weights, and bars. The Boca Chica Fitness Center offers free fitness assessments, equipment orientation, program design & fitness consultation with certified staff. Schedule your appointment at the service desk. The locker rooms have lockers that can be reserved, with showers and a sauna. Select Group Exercise classes are held in the gymnasium - See Group Exercise Schedule for class times and locations.

Fitness Challenge Board: Are you the fastest, strongest, most fit at NAS Key West? The Boca Chica Fitness Center will keep track (and score) in the following categories - Bench Press, Squat, Dead Lift & 40 Yard Dash. Heaviest weight lifted & fastest times are posted with your name. One rep max, timed run, male & female categories by weight class. Ask the staff at the fitness center for more information or call 305-293-2480.
