G.O.A.L. - Get Out And Learn, Leap, Love, Lead, Live... 

This goal oriented class offers something for everyone.  Participants have the option to complete a goal sheet that the instructor keeps for you as you track your progress.  Those who arrive at 8:30 AM have the option to go for a 1 mile run on base with the instructor or walk the fitness trail.  Those who do not want to run/walk for 15 minutes, can arrive at 8:45a.m.  At 8:45 AM you will perform a circuit of exercises at designated stations, along the route on Sigsbee Park.  This class will hold you accountable, give you support and guidance from a certified Instructor, while improving strength and cardiovascular endurance. This clsss will be held outside the Sigsbee Fitness Center.
