Mixed Level Vinyasa Yoga
This mindful, all-levels class invites you to tune into your body and its unique capabilities. You’ll move seamlessly from one posture to the next, allowing your breath to guide the pace.
Designed for everyone [ from complete beginners to seasoned practitioners ] this class offers a wide range of modifications and progressions so you can work at your own level. Build strength, stamina, and flexibility while staying fully present, observing how each movement affects your body, breath, and emotions. There’s no competition here—not with others, and not with your younger self. Yoga meets you exactly where you are today.
Each session closes with a well-deserved deep relaxation, leaving you feeling balanced, restored, and connected.
