Power Lifting Training

Join the power lifting club at the Boca Chica Fitness Center from 9 AM - 3 PM on the first Monday of every month. Reach 1000 / 500 LBS with bench, squat and deadlift.

Open to all MWR authorized patrons 18+ with military issued ID cards.

Power Lifting Training 

The Boca Chica Fitness Center is hosting entry to the 1000/5000lbs club on the first Monday of every month from 9 AM - 3 PM 

  • Bench, Squat & Deadlift
  • 500 lb. is open to women only
  • 1000 lb. is open to everyone
